Protocol types, JSON-RPC codec and SEP-2243 header validation for the
Model Context Protocol, 2026-07-28 ("modern") era.
No dependencies. Builds on native, js, wasm and wasm-gc. Nothing here does I/O, so
you can use it from a browser or a wasm host and supply your own transport.

#Why this is separate
The modern era has no handshake: every request is self-describing via _meta, and a
conforming client MUST drop a tool whose x-mcp-header annotations are invalid. Both of
those are pure computation over JSON, and neither should require an I/O stack. Depending
on this module alone keeps that true.
For a working client over HTTP or stdio, use
marianoguerra/mcp-client.
