PKL-129b1: structural parse of a package:// URI. Apple Pkl'sregistry URLs land in three logical parts: the authority (host),the registry path (which ends with @<version> — pkl-mbt keepsthe path verbatim so the same string round-trips into themetadata URL), and an optional #<fragment> selecting a fileinside the package zip. Returns None when the URI doesn't havethe package://<host>/<path> shape.
Fetch the body of url over HTTP / HTTPS. Returns the decoded bodyon success, None on failure (with the message printed to stdoutso the caller's fail path surfaces an unambiguous diagnostic).
PKL-129b1: follow up to 5 redirects (301 / 302 / 303 / 307 / 308).pkg.pkl-lang.org returns 301 redirects to a CDN host beforeserving the metadata JSON, so without redirect-following theregistry probe always fails. The 5-hop cap matches curl'sdefault and prevents loops.
